"Nancy's confident demeanor was very important in the early stages of my separation, as she patiently explained my rights, allowing me to make my decisions with a clear frame of mind. That same calmness has endured throughout various aspects of the proceedings, as I have always felt well informed of my options regarding documents and hearings. I am in awe of her ability to maneuver through the courts, with my interests (and mine only) driving her actions."
- Brooke S.
"My divorce involved numerous delicate family issues. After interviewing many prospective attorneys, I chose Nancy and was very pleased with her representation. She handled my divorce with professionalism, sensitivity and confidence. In addition, Nancy was knowledgeable and skillful throughout the litigation process and achieved a very satisfactory settlement."

"After being asked for a divorce after 20+ years of marriage, I was in shock and didn't know my legal rights. I chose Nancy after talking to several attorneys and felt that she could represent me thoroughly and confidently based on her knowledge and proven track record. She was able to explain things easily and in terms that made sense while keeping me focused on the final outcome while going through the emotional roller coaster of divorcing with two kids still in high school. Nancy was confident and even predicted that I would be divorced long before I ever thought it would happen. I received a fair and equitable settlement and she continues to assist me with other legal matters."
- Rose B.
"While I was separated from my now ex husband, I didn't know what was going to happen with my life. I was very scared. My life felt like a nightmare, then I found Nancy. She saved my life!! She is knowledgeable, efficient, and always looked out for my best interest. She was extremely responsive and always kept me apprised about my case and answered all of my questions. She presented my case with conviction and as a result, I came out a winner. I highly recommend Nancy to anyone seeking a family law or divorce attorney. You will not go wrong with her by your side. She is simply the best!!"

Collaborative law is a legal process enabling couples who have decided to separate or end their marriage to work with their lawyers in order to avoid the uncertain outcome of court and to achieve a settlement that best meets the specific needs of both parties and their children without the underlying threat of contested litigation. The voluntary process is initiated when the couple signs a contract binding each other to the process and disqualifying their respective lawyer's right to represent either one in any future family related litigation.
